Understanding Rwandan OVC Volunteers in a Faith-Based Setting

In Rwanda, Catholic Relief Services has been relying on volunteers to reach orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in their communities. To improve the quality of services provided to OVC, CRS conducted a study to better understand the profile of the most committed and effective volunteers, the motivation of all volunteers, the importance of incentives, and the relationship of volunteers to the church.
